Chiropractic
Dr. Judkins primarily uses a manual adjusting, or a "hands on" approach.  He is also trained in using flexion distraction and activator method if needed.  Treatment method is based on the patient's needs and their specific condition.

•Moist heat therapy
•Cryotherapy

Rehabilitation
Dr. Judkins focuses on rehabilitation so the patient can maintain the progress achieved through treatment. These are usually exercise or stretching programs done at home or in the office.

Manual Therapy
Manual Therapy techniques are used by Dr. Judkins in combination with the adjustment to aid in soft tissue recovery. On site massage therapy is also provided by Kris Moon (Moon Massage).
